General Provisions

If a court or any other relevant authority finds that any provision of these terms (or part of any provision) is invalid, illegal or unenforceable, that provision or part-provision shall, to the extent required, be deemed deleted, and the remaining provisions of these terms will remain in full force and effect.

Law and Jurisdiction

These terms of use are governed by and construed in accordance with English law, and any disputes relating to these terms of use are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. However, if you are a consumer, and you are a resident of Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in Northern Ireland and if you are a resident of Scotland you may also bring proceedings in Scotland.
